Licorice Allsorts and other sweet comforts?
Hi there,
I've been in the US for a couple of years (down in the Deeeeep South!), and have had trouble finding affordable creature comforts (licorice allsorts, branston pickle etc) locally. Any ideas other than Amazon? New Orleans is my nearest vaguely cosmopolitan city, but it's still over 2 hours away...

Wait till winter and I'll post some over to you from Houston - sadly everything would melt in this heat - although it is positively chilly today with a high of only 89°F

Licorice you can find here for cheap...branston at Amazon, or check out the recipe thread as there's a few recipes to make your own, really good too.

I've bought Allsorts at several pharmacies - Rite Aid in particular always has them.
