That is a locomotive. A train is the combination of a locomotive + rolling stock or motive cars

Well it's "inspired by" not a direct clone, though even the kit manufacturers who make knock-off Countachs and Cobras don't, as far as I'm aware, have to pay royalties. I presume the name, Eagle is a tip of the cap to the E-Type. In short, I don't believe there is any fee or royalty payable to Jaguar by the manufacturer of the Eagle Roadster.
