Let's talk about cars

Re: Let's talk about cars
So fellow car types
Looking at getting a new car, very keen on the 2015/16 Mazda 3, nice to drive, was my 1st choice
Nissan Altima also very nice
Toyota Corolla also very nice
Now Nissan have 0% finance, which is like Clare Grogan smeared in chocolate, holding a bacon butty, and my mind is now corrupted
I need clarity here, anyone have the cars mentioned and your thoughts on them

Re: Let's talk about cars
My father used to drive with the seat bizarrely upright, now my wife sets the driving seat in a similar position - and driving like that gives me backache if I forget to recline it slightly, and in the case of the Mustang, I really do recline it slightly. Even in my truck I have a somewhat "laid back" driving position. Maybe I was born to drive sportscars.

Yes , they took half the boot up with batteries. Still better than some, can fit in 2 suitcases at a squeeze. The non-hybrids have huge boots. The 0-60 time and full economy is good as a hybrid. When I bought it, it was the fastest hybrid on the market, 0-60 under 7 secs.

Pulaski
This is what I was alluding to when I mentioned that Ford truck frames that are several years old appear warped.
Normal chassis

Warped chassis, admittedly exaggerated to make the point.

Like I said, I can't say I have ever noticed. If they are side-shifted enough to be visible I would expect the integrity of the chassis to be compromised, with examples of structural failure, and also horrific tyre wear, which tracking adjustments cannot resolve. I am not aware of either of those issues being reported, so I am inclined to think it is an optical illusion.
