BTW It's actually a 1925/35 because the original "Hooper" body was removed and replaced with the Jonckheere coachbuilt body ten years after the chassis was built.
One can easily reverse-engineer a link, of course, but still it was fun to think you actually knew it off hand for a while

All Nutek's picture offerings link to a on-line picture archive that appears to be his own account. I didn't even waste my time looking at the link for the picture.

It matters not, the illusion has been shattered. You weren't really able to recognise a car just from a wide-angle shot of its arse end. I don't know what to believe any more

I should point out that I made absolutely zero effort to find out what it was... I simply pointed out that I liked it.

Having said that, now it has been identified, I can report that I appear to not have any of them in my driveway at all.

If you start posting it all, maybe Pulaski can identify it for you.

Can't see how that could go wrong here at all really.

Took a lunchtime walk around the office neighborhood and saw an Edsel in a backyard - aren't they so rare that they are really valuable or does it depend on the condition? It didn't look that beat up but nor did it look like it actually ran...

I have a neighbour who apparently thinks it is better to live in a cheap house with an expensive car rather than an expensive house with a cheap car.

Anyway at one point he had a Ford GT, then he got a white Lamborghini, and now he's got a lime green Gallardo.

Why do cars keep getting bigger? I'm sure there's some point to it that I've missed.

Oh, obesity obviously. Not being obese, took me awhile to think of that.
