aww thanks for all the good wishes guys and yep were back in the good ol UK...and of course the sun is splitting the pavements from the cracking liquid sunshine we're having.. but its not stopping us in the slightest, we just need to go out later and buy DD her first pair of wellies.. When I have time later I'll give you a proper update and my first impressions of Manchester but right now DD is dragging us off for a day out at the Aquarium, but first I'm going to sit down to a proper english breakfast with sausages and bacon and all the other good stuff.. speak to you all later.. |

Re: Leaving on a Jet Plane
I grew up near Manchester and have a niece there now ... so keen to hear the impressions! My last impression of Manchester was as a 15-year old seeing Deep Purple in concert, getting ripped in a pub, and missing the last train home ... sleeping behind a gas station after unsuccessfully hitching home ...
How long were you away for? |

I'm sure you'll walk enough to work off the breakfast, that's my downfall, not enough everyday walking to justify my diet.
Have fun and let us know how DD feels about it all now it's really happened! |
