Kids playdates?

Re: Kids playdates?
I was chatting to a friend yesterday about the possibility of my daughter getting a ride to her after school class, with her kids. She said her husband, who we also know, picks her kids up from their school and could probably pick my daughter up and take her to class... As we got into the details it emerged it would be far easier for him to pick my daughter up, then go get his kids, then drop them all off. She explicitly asked if I would be ok with this, I said "yes, of course" to which she told me someone had actually told her last week that they had a problem with her husband giving her daughter a ride home, even though his kids were also in the car.
TBH If I didn't trust the guy, I wouldn't allow my daughter to have a ride with him at all, or go to their house... Thinking about your post though, I thought maybe he won't be comfortable with the situation, and will pick his girls up first.

Re: Kids playdates?
It is a weird world when we even have to worry/think about this...I'm pretty sure it wasn't even a consideration when I was a kid.
Doesn't seem to be a issue for the mums, just the dads and it's a little sad really.
Speaking of cameras - LyfeShot someone mentioned that to the missus as being a bit of fun, but could also be handy...though when they were talking about it, it was to capture lightening while driving through a storm
