I wasn't aware they gave lifetime warranties? Is that what you meant? I've never returned anything older than a year and I was pretty impressed with that. Have you returned something older than that?

Apart from electronics...computers, TVs, cameras etc (they give a 2 year warranty for those items)...you can take anything back, at anytime.

I had a Costco AMEX card...therefore I got an extra year warranty i.e. 3 years on electronics. Hubby's laptop died a few weeks before the 3 year mark. He got a full refund. You really can't beat Costco.

A few years ago the guy in front of me at the returns counter took a gallon container of milk back. There was about 1/2" of milk left in the bottom. He said it didn't taste right. They refunded his money...no questions asked.
