I'm trying to become an architect if that counts for anything. Dunno about obsession, but it's the only thing I've ever been super passionate about*. However, I guess at the moment I'd be classified as a student, which I'm more than cool with.

In reply to the OP...
The amount of commercials on TV (ugh) and trying to avoid anything to do with religion (all of them), which seems so much harder here.

I have thought of another thing. Weird American spelling.
British spelling = OCHRE. US spelling = OCHRE or OCHER
British spelling = MEDIOCRE. US spelling = MEDIOCRE
How come there is no American equivalent to the Académie française?
