What is the world coming to?
Apparently Jelly Babies and Crunchy bars are not being allowed in because the FDA is having a nutty.
Any idea what is behind this?
Are the Jelly Babies threatening to turn in to UN soldiers and invade? Do Crunchy bars spread socialism?

I knew about Jelly Babies ans Wine Gums.
But Crunchies? Jeez. My local fresh n easy sells Cadbury's (the real stuff) Cost Plus only sells biscuits now - not the chocs. They still sell Nestle though.
Look, the FDA have a VERY IMPORTANT job! They are trying to keep us safe! After all, phen-phen had to kill how many people before they pulled it...???

Also Jelly Babies must only be eaten by decapitation. That is the only way to eat them. No other way. If you don't eat them that way they you are doing it wrong!

I know Crunchy is a cadbury product, but are Jelly Babies as well?
My guess is Hershey has been enforcing their licensing rights in the US, I can't find much online, but Hershey has enforced their licensing right before and gone after importers and stores in the past.
Also the US bans the use of vegetable fat in chocolate which is a big reason why it tastes different here.
