Check this out what I can't understand is how the front door opens onto the shower room. Well at least you could answer the door when you are sat on the bog.

I guess it meets Prescott's a house for under £60,000 though.

It's an April Fools gag, right?

My garden shed is bigger than that, .... it is also only 31½% bigger (floor area) than the kitchen in the terraced house I used to own in London, and I considered that to be on the small size.

AND as I'm 6'5" I'd have to go around barefoot, and even then my head would rub the ceiling!
