I'd never thought of that before... how is taxation of immigrants not unconstitutional until they are USCs?

...because you are represented by your congressperson and senators. You just don't get to pick them.

Yes, I have a passport interview this week, have the voters registration forms and will be happy to participate in jury duty although I am concerned about childcare should I be/when I am selected.
