Ibotta anyone? Coupon related
Hi all,
Just wondering if anyone on here has gotten into the couponing trend?
If so...I recommend Ibotta. Its an app you can download on your phone and get rebates on products you commonly buy. I started a while ago and slowly built up some $$'s. The amount never expires so you can save it up as long as you wish and then cash out with paypal or gift cards for places (eg, Walmart, Sephora, Itunes, Starbucks, BestBuy, Amazon to name a few).
If you want to join it and get a starting $10 on your account....then just download the app < snip >
Hope it can help someone....

I like Find&Save too (cashback for scanning receipts from certain stores).

I hate coupons , I wish they would just give good prices in the stores. Coupon clipping seems to be a national pastime that I have figured out yet.

So, full disclosure please. The link looks awfully like a referral code.
Do you get $5 for everyone that signs up via the link you provided? If so, can you edit your post to reflect this.
I'm not even sure if this is permitted on BE

OP is fishing for referral kickbacks and building his/ her team (for increased cash bonuses based on team spending) but still, Ibotta IS a good app. I've been using it for a year or two, and have made around $200 (payout is through PayPal or gift cards).
I don't get much use for regular coupons as we don't buy much in the way of branded goods, but Ibotta gives small rebates on any brand generics like milk or carrots or pasta; it's good for a dollar or two a week for things I'm simply buying anyway. Most of my cash back comes from beer - there are always several 6 and 12-pack deals for $2/$4 off, so I pick the brand the supermarket is also discounting that week. My target price is less than $1 a bottle - one time I hit a perfect trifecta of supermarket discount + $4 Ibotta rebate + mail-in rebate, and got a 12-box of some 'craft' beer or other for a price that worked out at 25c a bottle
For info, current beer deals are Bud, Becks, Stella, Guiness Blonde, Shock Top, Redhook, Michelob, Goose Island, Anchor, Tsingtao, Fat Tire, Heineken, and a bunch of hard lemonade and margarita brands too. If you buy any of these anyway, it's literally free money. Wine deals are often good too, especially during the holiday season.

For Ibotta and Find and Save, yes, you scan the receipts with your phone. For shopkick, you can earn points just for walking into stores and opening the app, although there are sometimes extra points for buying certain products and scanning receipts, or just scanning product barcodes.
