Default I love the UK and the USA

We share a common bond and a common unity. I agree there is a special relationship between our nations.

I remember in an airport I saw the two flags stood side by side and felt very proud.

While we differ in many respects I feel we are united in more and long may the special relationship continue.

I just wanted to say this as I dont feel it gets said often enough.

Me too! I was born in the US and raised in the UK. We proudly have both flags at our house

Indeed... the US is the only colony in British history to successfully break away from the monarchy.

There isn't, actually... it's all media hype.

I think most Americans (secretly) wish the US was still a British colony.
