After last year's farce and our 11th hour reprieve our I-485 was reopened. We received an RFE (for son's full birth certificate) in November. I sent it off. It was received in good time. I know this because the sodding, effing status on the web-site hasn't changed since (received evidence).

So, wtf is the hold-up now? There's been no change in status since November 23rd.

I wouldn't rely too much on what the website says. It still shows my N-400 as pending. I was naturalized in Feb 2008.
