I'm down in paignton devon, renting a house through local agent boyce allen, only asked for jobs to be done, eventually done but had to complain loads,now being kicked out, moving again. so avoid them like the plague.

Some rental agents are absolutely rubbish (in this economic climate you'd think they'd be squeaky clean, wanting gthe business). It's not always symptomatic of the national chain, sometimes just the numpties at the local office.

couldn't agree more, when you pay £900 pm in a low paid area, you'd think that the agents would bend over backwards to get my buisness, find out today how bigger mortgage i can get, but its getting the deposit sorted.


The goverment needs to give the banks a kick up the arse do start lending out money at sensible rates, so the normal people can bye again, but oh no its the banks fault we're in this mess anyway.
