A slasher slit the throat and cut off the ear of a 25-year-old youth soccer instructor near Union Square early Sunday morning, leaving him to bleed to death on the pavement.
Michael Jones, an Englishman who lived in the Westchester County town of West Harrison and was a coach with the Red Bulls Youth Training Program, was in front of the Levi’s store on W. 14th St. at 4:30 a.m. when he argued with a man and was viciously slashed in the neck and torso, cops and witnesses said....
