There was another one that was cheaper that had 7000 sq ft, but not so much land. That would hold more BE members though,

Around me (Russian Hill, San Francisco) will get you essentially nothing except maybe a pokey little studio apartment. If your willing to go further afield and dodge bullets in the 'hood, you may be able to get some kind of single family residence. Sad but true.
