To be fair, the OP's writing does convey more than a mild overtone of condescending arrogance. Descending to the same level with reference to "chef de plonge" is hardly appeasing either.

FWIW I did C&G 706 1&2, part time while doing my HND in Hotel Management, in the 90s, but I can barely cook an English Breakfast.

Not necessarily the latter it appears. I think, though not sure from his previous posts (which might also explain the CBA responses in this thread), that he might have to wait to get an EAD first?
