I find a marker to erase the greetings given by others to myself from last year, provides a fine money saving opportunity!

Trader Joes had Christmas cards cheaply at Thanksgiving - not been in since.

That's absolutely ludicrous.

Native born Americans: if you've never been overseas, you won't realize just how atrociously you are being ripped off for greeting cards.
I could buy five cards - and much better quality - in the UK for the same price as one shitty Hallmark card.
I'm surprised someone hasn't swooped in and undercut these greedy bastards. Hell of a business opportunity to bring in superior products at a fraction of the cost.

Such a rookie mistake! First clue is the name:Hallmark. Second clue is they own a TV channel that plays the crappiest movies ever. By pass them. Do not give them more money for their evil empire.

I'll have to see if we have that chain here.

Usually 'dollar store' is a catch-all for places like Dollar General or Dollar Tree, you'll have one or other, if not both of those somewhere nearby I would imagine.

Are they still in business? I remember them and Borders and Mediaplay.

There's still at least one brick and mortar Barnes and Noble around our way that we visit from time to time. They are the Family Video of book stores, it would seem.
