Default Guy spends 60K on new kitchen for wife... Is her reaction real?

Wife is away for a week . Husband says he spent 60K on revamping Kitchen. Has gathered friends and family in kitchen to see reaction of wife when she sees new kitchen.

So is her reaction real or this another 1 of those lame ass attempts for attention and need to viral?

Man Spends $60K To Build His Ungrateful Wife's Dream Kitchen

edit
NVM looks like it is fake. Don't get the need (some) people have for attention.

Not sure - certainly some of it is stupid and looks like it, like two stoves side by side. If you're gonna blow $60k on a kitchen then get a Viking or Wolf pseudo-pro stove. Unless/ until you have wet bar in your basement, who needs more ice than a fridge can make?

Yeah the 60K budget made me suspicious as well. For 60K, they should have Viking or SubZero fridge/freezer and a proper high end stainless steel stove and hood.
The guy on YT who uploaded the video says it was a rental property they stayed it. Doesn't make sense ,even for a rental, to have 2 cookers.

Doesn't make sense to spend that amount of money on a property when you're only renting it. The only thing going for it, is it has a fair bit of room. Underwhelmed by it as well.

Yeah I'd say it's a fake as well. That kitchen really doesn't look as though it had $60k spent on it at all...

I vote for fake too, it all looks pretty chintzy, wouldn't you have built in micros?
If it was my wife I'd be cursing at the end not turning the camera on myself to show my dumfounded look.

Not if it really was rental. ..... Which would explain the double stove as opposed to Wolf/Viking custom installation.

Only a total idiot would revamp the kitchen without his Better Half's input...

oh I don't know about that . I want a Sub-Zero fridge/freezer and a Wolf rangetop with griddle and grill. And a stove hood that can suck all the air out of the kitchen in under a minute

I wonder if the $60k included laundry appliances?

Speaking of laundry...., I recently bought a new Kenmore top loading triple action agitator machine.

After research it came down to a SpeedQueen or the Kenmore. After watching YouTube videos on Agitator machines I concluded the Kenmore's smaller agitation Arc enabled better clothes turnover.

I intend on 'hacking' the machine and by that I mean I am going to remove the factory agitator and replace it with the older Kenmore Vari-Flex agitator.

Watch the clothes turnover and be amazed!!

More amazing turnover from Agitator machines

"Hot Rod Maytag"

I just can't stand how contemporary front loaders are soo bloody stingy with water. There is barely any bloody water for washing and especially for rinsing!!

This Milnor is the only front loader that seems to provide somewhat decent amount of adequate water.

Actually, I'm appalled. The clothes are going to be ruined within a few washes with such aggressive agitation. How does one wash silks, or cashmere in such a washing machine, especially given the ridiculous amount of water it uses?

Your comments about front loaders betray a complete ignorance of the washing process; unfortunately most other Americans share your ignorance of what is a 'good' washing machine.
