Exclamation The Greatest Wildlife Show on Earth

On BBC America now.

Narrated by the Blesses David A.

Bloody brilliant.

This alone is worth the licence fee twice over.

Walk on the Wild Side gets my vote at the moment...if nothing else, baby girl absolutely goes mental happy seeing the animals and is now calling every animal "alan, alan, alan, alan, alan, alan, alan....steve?\"

We've been getting "Marty Stouffer's Wild America" from Netflix...

Last night we watched an episode about animals of the arctic. A Ptarmigan popped up out of the snow and both of my kids shouted "SNOW CHICKEN!!!"

I said, "It's called a Ptarmigan..." and my son replied, "That just means 'Snow Chicken' in English."

Indeed. I am glad he is still making programmes. He even had a dinosaur named after him!

But his personal life seems to be rather sad since his wife died.
