I just watched Democratic congressional candidate Karen Mallard commit a felony, illegally converting her "assault rifle" into an SBR. If you watch the video, this woman is clearly mentally unbalanced and should be nowhere near firearms. Or angle grinders.
I reported her to the ATF. https://www.atf.gov/contact/atf-tips You should too. We need dangerous felons like her off the streets. She's not only a danger to us, but to herself.

Intent doesn't matter with the NFA. Hopefully they'll go after her like they did Randy Weaver. But I just want her to go to jail, not lose her spouse, son and dog.

Doesn't matter that she later - probably because as someone pointed out that she committed a felony - destroyed the receiver.
The fact is by shortening the barrel to under sixteen inches, she deliberately created a short barreled rifle. Mens rea don't matter. That's fact. Let's hope the ATF does what it does 99% of the time; prosecutes peculiar, arbitrary laws with full vigor.
