Faster than a speeding bullet

Just to let you guys know (several of you already have the news my husband posted on my facebook account yesterday) but my baby girl finally arrived yesterday! 8 days early, weighing a corking 9 pounds even. (more or less the same weight as the previous two!)

She nearly ended up on the bedroom carpet as she literally shot out in one go - catching me and the midwives by surprise! All healthy and well, just tired!

pic to follow.

I'm so happy for the lot of you. That is absolutely fantastic that at least the midwives were able to get there in time for you and your little darling.

I understand the tired, it is hard work and 9 lbs is a nice big baby (Zach was 8lb 15oz).

Congratulations !!!!

Congratulations ! (again :p)

9lb seems HUGE to me..... my two were only 4.13 and 5.1... so tiny in comparison!
