Family fights to stop deportation of comatose student

Student in the US on J-1 SWAP by the looks of it.

So he didn't even enter illegally plus he even had travel insurance too and he's still buggered.

It would likely be a non-issue if Pakistan had a decent healthcare system. The US might not be perfect, but it is a dämn sight better than the third rate third world healthcare infrastructure in Pakistan. If the boot was on the other foot US parents would likely be clamouring for medevac of their son back to the US from Pakistan.

Is it safe to move someone in a coma?

Sometimes, sometimes not. A private air ambulance to/from Pakistan would be pricy, but likely much less than the accumulated medical bills so far.
