Same. My apartment doesn't have AC, my last workplace didn't have AC, my kids school doesn't have AC and only one place I've lived in, in 14 years and across 2 states has had AC, which was a decades old unit built into the wall. The south all has AC, the north east certainly doesn't.

​​​​​​​True. Libraries (my workplaces) often have AC, but for the sake of the books, collections & equipment, not for the people!

Reservoirs werre full earlier this year, and most are still at 60% or more. so water authorities are saying it's OK still, however if we don't get a decent amount this winter to fill them, then weather like this next year might well lead to bans.
