I've only seen a few minutes of it before I felt like puking, but as the last kid looked like a limp foetus in a flower headband and seemed to have numerous health problems, is it really a good idea?

From what I've heard, the last baby was born at 26(?) weeks, due to complications, pre-eclampsia among others. There is a very, very good chance that another pregnancy would kill her.

Christ, my wife had pre-eclampsia and even suspected HELLP syndrome during her second one, though we're talking about a third, it's not something we take lightly.

I had a younger sister who I was expected to help with but there is a world of difference between helping out and having your childhood stolen because you are expected to raise another child... these kids are all home school too, not that there is anything wrong with home schooling but there is no down time for the older kids.

Met these folks a few years back. They came into my work wanting us to donate furniture to them. I think they had a few less children then.

They couldn't have bought it? He was a state senator or something, wasn't he? Don't they get paid

I see they have reported that she miscarried. I wonder if she will take this as a message from God that shes too old to bear any more children.

That's really, really sad. A pregnancy loss is always horrendous, whether it's your first or your 21st.

And she lost her little one in her second trimester, which must be absolutely devastating. That poor woman. I lost one in July at 7 weeks, which was bad enough, but to get to 20 weeks and to have told the whole world you're expecting already.... well, that's too sad for words.

Yes, I do wonder if they'll stop now. It will be interesting to see.

A bit sad that it takes the death of an unborn child to convince her to stop. I can imagine God "You know that bit where I almost killed you after your last child. THAT was the message!"

I don't know where they find the time to shag. We have a 3 year old and an almost 2 year old and it's like Mission Impossible.

Shouldn't that be Missionary Impossible?

I'd make a snarky comment about this whole deal but with the wife only just out of her first trimester which was shall we say rather eventful I'll be quiet.

Okay just one bit of snark. They are having sex to procreate so he probably doesn't bother with foreplay which would cut the time in half, 1 minute instead of 2.

Yes, but you probably don't have teenage children to act as pseudo-parents.

20 kids? FFS!, she must have a clopper like a wizard's sleeve. Where's the fun in that?

That's a myth, that a lady's hoo-hoo gets irreversibly damaged by childbirth. Kegel exercises return everything to near-perfection afterwards, except the cervix, which remains affected.
