So CNN admitting they got played by Trump
Donald Trump has benefitted from plenty of free and favorable media, particularly from CNN. But he may have finally pushed his luck too far.

Trump had promised that his appearance at the new Trump hotel in Washington, D.C., on Friday would include a major statement about President Barack Obama’s birth status.
“We got played,” CNN panelists admitted on air.
CNN Anchors Have Finally Had It With Donald Trump's Lies | Huffington Post

Secretly trump is laughing his ass off behind the scenes. He knows he won't get elected as the President but he's now having fun and watching the fall out. So what if I lose the presidency I will just go back to what I was doing before its not like I quit my job or anything. Us Brits would call it Taking The Piss.

CNN Complains Mocking the Media Undermines American Democracy
Neither of these sources (above) is a truly reliable one, but hey - we take what we can get, these days! CNN is really scraping the bottom of the propaganda barrel when it compares Trump's one-finger salute to them with Saddam's crackdown on his local press. The saddest thing about CNN and its like-minded organs is that they can't get their minds around the thought that the whole MSM is discredited. And yet - and yet - we have posters on some of the BE threads who keep challenging Trump supporters to produce "credible" sources - meaning CNN and other Hillary propaganda vehicles. It's bizarre, to be so much in denial.

And yet when you're asked to come up with a link to substantiate your claims, you respond with silence. Me thinks Putin's man whines too much:

Still waiting for your links to back back up your assertion that "there was plenty of noise in the blogosphere before the Times felt brave enough to crash the party."

The article you posted was a "criticism" of CBS, not Clinton.

Indeed. Of course, it wasn't The Hill that described this as "probably the most clear cut case of an agenda you'll see for those who refuse to accept even the notion of a mainstream media bias for clinton." That would have been... you. Aided and abetted by Putin's man, it seems.

1. I'm not a Clinton supporter.
2. That wasn't criticism of her.
3. This thread is about the media narrative.

The point stands for right wing media. It's not like she doesn't have policies that can be criticised, it's like they don't think people care about them. This election is entirely about the personalities.

This was posted on the President Hillary thread, but its equally appropriate to publish it here as well. The situation is getting a bit desperate for Hillary and her sponsors - and her adoring public, of course!

You must have missed the open letter signed by a huge number of people on both sides saying his actions were inappropriate and he should resign.

I actually had to turn off CNN yesterday - they were showing Trump speaking and after 5 minutes where every sentence was a total hyperbolic lie I couldn't take anymore

Why the f8ck do they think they have to show all of his rambling lies?
No, 650M aren't coming into the country next week, no, Bleachbit is a free program and not an expensive process, no, NAFTA is not the worst trade deal in history, no, going beyond waterboarding is not a process the US should follow, no, being friends with Putin is not a good idea, no, your votes are not being miscounted - and that was just 5 minutes of Orange Turd crapola

What gets me is after election which I think Clinton may win by a landslide, Congress may end up spending millions investigating all these Clinton emails.

I am mystified be this recent FBI development. I don't think FBI director politically motivated, just someone under pressure who isn't thinking clearly. He has already stated Clinton was careless but he wouldn't recommend prosecution. Hilary whether you like her or not is a lawyer and experienced in responding to investigations, does anyone think she would write something that would indicate the intent FBI director mentioned as necessary for a recommendation of prosecution ?

Sorry to say I think the FBI director should resign as he doesn't appear to be thinking too clearly. At worst he is treating Clinton unfairly, at best he isn't using resources of FBI in an efficient manner to review the emails in question quickly and release if that is his intent.
