My daughter says stores near her in the UK already have decorations out to buy......:)

All I've seen of late is Halloween.

Yes, most of the shops here have started to display their Christmas Fayre, and we usually buy before the big crowds, but personally I love Christmas! with all the music, Hot Chestnuts, snow, but most of all to be surrounded by my loving family and see their smiling faces!:)

My neighbour has just put up his Christmas lights on the box privet. But then in Scotland, winter does start to set in around August.

I'm in a different house and have already started working out how I'm going to decorate for Christmas. I haven't purchased anything new yet.

We've been doing the same for presents, but still a bit early to be seeing trees and decorations out in the shops?

At least have Halloween out the way if you can't wait for Thanks Giving :D

Never too early, Bob. :D

We were in Costco yesterday and I guess I just hadn't noticed, but they had Christmas decorations as well. But there were Fall decorations and a very minimal amount of Halloween decorations too.

I am being 'made' to go home at Christmas so I am not buying anything new nor am I putting up a tree here. Will go home and enjoy the fruits of someone else's labour knowing that I won't have to take it all down when we get back !!

We put the Hallowe'en decorations up this morning! In September! I was shocked... never even had them at home...

But yeah, yesterday we were in Kohl's and they had the full Xmas section complete with Christmas songs playing! :frown:

Xmas 2010 or Xmas 2011? I'm already working on Halloween 2011.
