As this is just a competition I entered her but if by a miracle she should win, would she be able to claim the prize? I have also asked about the voting as I have been making up email addresses. My husband owns a domain name and as a result it comes with unlimited email. I could use anything as long as the end is @ the domain name .com. I bet they come back saying no she can't be in the comp and no I can't make up email addresses. I was having such a good day too.

I know she wouldn't be able to take the modeling contract without an EAD, and as you say, you can't get an EAD on a H visa.

Not sure if she would be able to claim the cash prize though.

You can take her to DisneyLand/Universal if you get to come to LA

Yes it is cheating, it's unethical and it's wrong. But you are not alone as I am sure many of the entrants parents are doing it.

Anyone else get an email from Next which was $20 off your order of $25 or more with free shipping?

You're both lucky! Mine mentions free shipping until April 7 but doesn't say anything about $20 off an order of $25 or more. :(
