For those who might vhave wondered where I have been and how I am getting on.....the answer is that we moved house and could not get an internet connection for weeks, my parents are here visiting and I am feeling much better.
Now what's been happening. I want a one sentence update from everyone!

I know that this isn't the case for everyone but I am actually feeling a lot better about life in Australia. Still at the 'it might not be for ever' but very much more at ease with it than before. For those really suffering, I would say that things (for some) can improve, for others this may never become okay.
