What the hell do these people expect. You couldn't buy proper bacon in those days, and the bread was bloody awful. Human bone-marrow was pretty much all you could find to eat.

I have to admit I don't really like them. They don't have a proper flat base. Fill them up with a heaping serving of piping hot human bone marrow, and they rock a bit when you set them on the floor of the cave.

Could well be. Prehistoric Britannia was full of Ancient Americans who came over in their coracles to (belatedly) fight the Beaker Folk. "Oversexed & over here :thumbdown:" as the Iceni tribesmen used to say.

You're right, some of the stuff we eat today is terrible. But that's only because we don't have the option to eat Taco Bell...
