Default Cackleberries, how do you prefer?

I like mine scrambled or in an omelette with ham and cheese.

Sunny side up, or failing that, soft scrambled. I do also like a good omelet, with ham, tomato, mushrooms, and black olives.

Overeasy. If I'm at a good diner hopefully as part of a corn beef hash or huevos rancheros maybe some chicken fried steak and some biscuits and gravy...

I've gone native haven't I?

Soft boiled with marmite finger soldiers, or soft sunny side up with lashings of hot sauce.

Walmart as started selling Bob Evans microwave meals....it's about as close as we get to chicken fried steak and gravy down my way.

It was one of those gross, yet awesome things I enjoyed trying along our summer road trip last year.

Usually five seconds after finishing one and thinking about a nap.
