Yes I know its CA dmv but you can still see if you plate is available .https://vrir.dmv.ca.gov/ipp2/processPers.do

Took just over a week in Maine to get a plate...problem with Maine, so cheap that nearly anything decent was already taken. Don't have that problem in Mass

Can't afford it here though.

did see HNYGRL which I thought was horny girl, but over taking, made me cringe....can I say ooh minger

It's plates like that that you want to tap on their window and ask...perhaps if these online sites to see if a plate is available could provide a reason behind the plates too
