Craving for this - to make devilled chicken. Any USA equivalent?

Shouldn't be too hard to find. Costplus world market probably has it. Failing that Amazon.

Recipes exist, if you are motivated One such: http://www.canadianliving.com/food/e...own_pickle.php
Unfortunately I am the only Branston's eater in our house... my husband doesn't like the stuff

My MIL makes it from a recipe she found as she loved the stuff when she tried it but like me, didn't fancy the prices of it.
It does take a while, dicing all that stuff up and the consistency is a little different to the bought stuff, but it tastes exactly the same and works out very cheaply, but you do end up canning loads of jars

It's available in Fresh and Easy if there is one close to you.

Having worked somewhere that tried to replicate Branston, don't bother. You can't get it to taste quite right. If you fancy Branston, I'd just buy it. I'm sure you'll manage to eat the excess you don't need for the recipe.

I like the one with thee small chunks in it - with the red lid. I can get that on amazon too. I don't eat it often so whilst its expensive one jar lasts me ages.

Publix sells it around here. It's $4.99 a jar - how much does everyone pay in the other stores above?

4.19 at the HEB grocery near me. Kroger something like 6.29 (but they overprice everything anyway).
