Thankfully California closed the open carry loophole, for handguns at least. And I say that as a gun owner.

Parents showing up at soccer games packing heat contributed to the fix I'm sure.

The second book is by a Doug Giles of clashdaily.com and seems legit (in that they are legit loony righties)

Though I think he looks very Metrosexual here, with his designer stubble.

Anyway, this all shows that Me Poe was right.
