The strong smell of peanut butter causes me to throw up (for real, projectile). People are far more concerned about me throwing up on them than that they may cause me to die of anaphylactic shock.

You (anyone) wouldn't believe what an artic' truck of packets of salted and roasted peanuts smells like, unless they have actually experienced it for themselves!

My eldest does that with the smell of fruit, mainly watermelon, strawberries and bananas...not as bad now as when he was younger, but can still be "interesting" at times....

Its absolute bollocks. How many kids have allergies to plenty of other things? Can i get the school to send out notices saying don't send your kids to school with my list of health related demands?

My kids will be sent in with their favourite peanut butter sarnies for lunch. Tastes good, high in protein lower in carbs and they do not require refrigeration.

But how long before "please" becomes "do" followed by prosecution?
you are am absolute moron!, do you realize that your attitude could cause a kid to die, do some research and educate that obvious pea brain of yours....or send you kids to a private tutor and eat all the peanuts they want. I seriously pity them being raised by such an idiot.

Microwave popcorn really has to be the worst. Especially when people make it in the workplace.

Not so. It counts the number of times a thread is viewed, ie opened. If one person views the thread 10 times, it will be recorded as 10 views.

As an aside, I've viewed it at least 10 times myself.

A little OT but I (Brit living in Aus) find it odd that cats can travel in aircraft cabins. I'm extremely allergic to some cats, very bad asmatic and skin reaction. Yet I'm expected to accept that I may have to sit next to a person with a cat, on a long flight, with no prior warning? Irresponsible to have them on planes..... though maybe not as irresponsible as having peanuts?

For me it's specifically the smell of the "buttery" kind. It smells like someone threw up in the microwave and then switched it on.

Sometimes I just don't know what's wrong with people.
