Default Anybody found Creme Eggs in CT??

Stop n Shop don't have them. The local archetypal Indian newsagent who carries all manner of British chocolate (Bounty, Mars, proper Kit Kat, Galaxy, Dairy Milk etc etc...) doesn't even have them.

Anybody know if they can be purchased in CT?

Our CVS has them, also Cadbury's mini eggs. If you can't locate them, I could always send you some over

Right, I'm off to CVS later... if I am unsuccessful I may well take you up on your offer!

Don't know if you have Safeway, Lucky or Walgreens in CT but all of those places stock them here in CA.

Can anyone put a whole one in their mouth? It's a lot less messy that way.

Easy.. these ones are tiny, I reckon you could even get 2 in at once, they are about half the size of the UK ones!

CVS is only a couple of minutes walk away - buying more than 4 in one go could be dangerous, they are too addictive!

Loads of stores sell Cadbury's chocs...but if it's not made in the UK...it's not the Cadbury's we know and love. Read the small print...in the US it's usually made by the vomit inducing Hershey's...or it's made in Canada which is slightly better...but not much better than the US vomit inducing crap.

The key to good chocolate in the US is to go to someone who specializes in making chocolate. Skip the grocery store. I liken it to bread that way.

That's going to be one of my searches - good bread. Being the nephew of a master baker (I said baker, dammit! ), I know a good loaf when I smell one

Oh, that and Mexican coke when I feel like a soda - sugar not HFCS

As for British chocolate, I don't like that, no way, not at all More to search out at the nearby grocery stores (Smith's and Winegars) come the autumn.
