As has been said for years, most passengers check their brain at the airport doors.
Some reason people cant read signs or follow basic directions at airports.
There is a reason I dont work in the terminal and work outside on the ramp.
The worst part of the job is pulling bags after you have loaded all the bags because a passenger got lost and forgot to show up at the gate.
Its no fun pulling bags.

On my 350+ flights so far (spread across all cabins from economy to first) I've found that disturbances caused by obnoxious 30+ adults outnumber those caused by kids probably at least 5:1.
