It only applies to pigs when they're alive. My dad made a tobacco pouch out of pigskin when I were t' lad, and it was very soft, smooth and bendy. Plus, it smelt of pipe tobacco too, which was a smell I quite weirdly liked as a kid

One of the delights of spending a few days at the beach. That and breakfast at Sambos, which for some reason they have changed the name from Little Black Sambos as it was called until quite recently.
