Can't think of even one. But I'm a miserable old cow this week who even told her daughter that we say sweeties and not candy. And we say "hello" or "hi" and not 'Hey" and we definitely do not say "awesome dude".

I like the word burglarize, just because it makes me snigger when people say it.
We're going away for the weekend and I told my daughter to pack a jumper, she had no idea what a jumper was

The longer I've been back (5 years now, after 23 years away), the fewer Americanisms I use, but I still find words like "lame" creep out now and then.

I meant more like greetings on the phone or in the streets or with friends and all this "hey" instead of "hi".
But as you know - anything this week would have pissed me off xxx

You mean "snicker", right? the first time I used the word above in class, I got some very shocked looks - I think because they thought I had used the N-word with an "s" before it.
