I vaguely remember the days when I used to get a Christmas bonus from work. One place used to give us wine and goodies to take home aswell.

I got a Christmas bonus from a company once, we all got $50 extra...lol

Haven't even had an employer who even did a basic Christmas party for their workers since 1999 or so.

I do suppose $50 per employee over 10,000 employees does add up.

Considering the company had posted a loss for the year, guess it was nice to get anything extra at the time.

Another day closer and still going to work instead of concentrating on Christmas.

One upside for being a procrastinator: on Monday evening I sent 4 gift cards through HighStreetVouchers to family in the UK. Got 2 thank you messages today. That was a quick turn around!

Roll on 5pm then I can get in Christmas mode:santa:

BTW to 'invite' me to your house (I work sortof like a vampire), just spin around 3 times in a pitch black bathroom and say my name into a mirror and boom... Your wine is gone and I'm passed out under the xmas tree :eek: Way cheaper way to travel than Virgin America.
