Poor girl and her poor family...my heart goes out to them.
He is reported to be married with a small child. The police are also looking into another missing teen who vanished in Missouri a month ago. She is of similar age, height and looks to Kelsey.
I find it terribly troubling that an 18 yr old is taken in broad daylight from a Target car park. Target usually choose relatively good areas to locate their stores.

Funny thing, that is the town my ex SIL lives in. She always wanted to move there from the other town they lived in in KS, and did after her husband retired from teaching.
Still you can have creeps and animals anywhere.

He's been charged with 1st degree murder and aggravated kidnapping...and there's a good chance the charges will be elevated.
