2020 Election

Re: 2020 Election
Maricopa was pretty much Repub and was where Sherriff Joe Arpio was. A staunch Republican idiot.
"Maricopa County has a long history of being a Republican Party stronghold. While the city of Phoenix leans towards the Democratic Party, along with some other small areas within the county, the rest of it tends to vote heavily Republican, making it one of the more conservative urban counties in the country. Every Republican presidential candidate has carried Maricopa County since 1948. This includes the 1964 presidential run of native son Barry Goldwater, who would not have carried his own state had it not been for a 21,000-vote margin in Maricopa County. It is currently the largest county in the country to vote Republican. Since 1964, Democrats have only kept the margin within single digits three times–in 1992, 1996, and 2016."

Re: 2020 Election
At least Democrats are keeping the house from what it looks like.
Looks like AZ may also be sending a democrat to the senate.
I am going to guess and say republicans hold onto the senate by 1 or 2 seats.

Re: 2020 Election
Martha McSally was pretty much a guaranteed loser up against Kelly. Not to mention she was a total Trumpkin who was a bit too much for the voters to tolerate.

Re: 2020 Election
That is true.
I am always amused when the map goes blue for west coast with 0 votes counted right at 8pm, but hell would need to freeze over for Trump to take California......ha ha

I am thinking Trump is going to actually win again.

Re: 2020 Election
If Trump wins then all those that voted for him and the party behind him are totally and utterly blameworthy for that. No abdication of responsibility. Not one iota. They will have made the worst of the worst happen for millions of people all around the world. For flora, fauna , wildlife , culture , ecology and all for what exactly ?
The first time round I could almost sort of understand it a little bit ,despite it was obvious how it would pan out during the four years. This time there is no excuse. Those that would vote this again obviously get off on his one syllable inflammatory divisive rhetoric.
Biden and Trump are of the same age. One has backbone and standards , the other does not. One has a proven record to work within a team. The other does not. One cares socially, has experience of what it is to suffer . The other one certainly beyond any shadow of doubt does not. One is a narcissistic, continuously lying sociopath, the other certainly is not.
So no and no again. Those that vote again for this current admin are the only ones blameworthy for all they bring down on others because they want guns; no abortion; erosion of human rights; protection of wealth; -- and the negative list there goes on.
One can hope the scales fall from the eyes but TBH I have doubts. I've seen and heard first hand now the disgusting dreadful baying ,of a dye in the wool republican trump hound. Shocking.
