It certainly goes to their competency when significantly more important and complicated programmes are being discussed.

Seems Mayor Pete has the nod.

They did seem rather incompetent.

Results are not what I expected though, I should have waited to send in my ballot to California.

I’m confused. What “significantly more important and complicated programmes” might the Iowa Democratic Party become responsible for?

Next Years Super Bowl Party. Can you imagine them figuring out what type of pizza, wings and beer to order?

Even as a left learner, that whole situation just seemed completely petty.

You're supposed to be statesman for crying out loud. Shake her hand. Don't tear up the speach in front of TV cameras.

It's quite simple really.

The fact that the (lack of a) handshake and the tearing up of some paper is treated as the story rather than any of the substance of what Trump said shows the absurdity of the political discourse in this country.

Even after four years they’re still unable to stop themselves gifting Trump the narrative at every opportunity.

Honestly, who cares what he says? At this point the fact that every other word was a lie is baked in with Trump.

Hopefully (although I am increasingly despondent that the Dems are doing their best to self destruct) we won't have to worry about him after Jan 2021.

Seems they are still counting in Iowa.

Trump ratings up to 49 apparently higher than Obama at the same point.

The names of several people were on that written copy of the speech including the 100 year old Tuskagee Airman. It was a shabby act of peevishness which I sincerely hope will damage her politically in the future.

Probably as much as if she had verbally abused a gold star family or a former POW.

So Trump was acquitted; his personal approval rating is now at an all-time high and his economic approval rating is highest of any president for the last two decades. Way to go Democrats
