2016 Election
Re: 2016 Election
What pisses me off are the States where the votes for Johnson and Stein significantly exceeded the vote difference between Trump and Clinton. I am so sick of wasted votes on candidates with below zero chance and for whom running is more likely an exercise in vanity.

MI, PA, WI all showing pink right now. It's near enough a done deal.
I guess we make the best of it, then. Though, I'm white and middle class, so if his campaign promises are to believed I'll benefit, right?
I knew something like this was going to happen. Ralph Nader all over again.

Wonder what Obama is thinking.

May I be the first to welcome our Trump overlord.

No on 1 term of 5 years. The system of 6 yr terms for Senate, 2 year terms for the House and 4 year terms for Pres was designed to allow the people to change the make up of government if they are disastified.
No on electing VP separately. .. did not work well when the 2nd place finisher was VP...creating conflict because of party differences.

"Maybe I should plan that takeover and install martial law, like all the Republicans claimed I would in 2010 ..."
Or more likely "Time to move back to Hawaii. Later bitches, you asked for this, you feckless idiots." Words to that effect.

I've gone against my own decision and decided to forego the pokers up the arse and have a couple of feeds going on my computer right now. 538 says one thing, CNN another. Google has their own 'live feed' that shows yet another story.
I don't know who to believe anymore.

Good job the Democrats went with Clinton who was the stronger fcking candidate.
Re: 2016 Election
On the bright side...a Trump presidency could seriously destroy the Republican party.
