Default Sun, Sex, and Suspicious Parents!

Watched some of these the other day. Quite funny some of it. Made me look back at some of my own escapades from my younger days.

Thank you for pointing out this videoclip, as part of BBC interesting series. It is controversial and there are so many angles you can look at. Thailand has got a mixed reputation in terms of S's, i.e. sea, sand, sun, sex, scandals, singha, somtam, etc. At least BBC has tried to portray a positive side of it: a risk is everywhere and you need to know how to manage the risk or take the risk with caution. The lads in the clip are spoilt to some extent and their parents are too protective of them, so parenting is actually a matter of concerned. Anyway, everyone needs to learn by their mistakes, don't they?

I thought that Thailand's somtam was beyond repute!

In one of the episodes I watched there was a young lad who ended up paying to go with a ladyboy ( he didn't know that though), imagine having to explain that one to your watching mum later! Something to go down in the family history.
I remember on my first trip to Thailand with two of my best mates from school we all said,"Whatever happens in Thailand stays in Thailand." Glad TV programs like this weren't around then!
