Let'see if somebody is able to explain me something about my thought:

A european person is a fiscal resident in Thailand (more than 183 days per year) and owns some financial investement out of Thailand, in a country that is not his original country.

Does anybody know where this person should pay the taxes on the capital gain of his investment ?

If you don't take the money into Thailand, you're not liable to tax in Thailand on it. This is true of income too.

As for tax elsewhere, that will depend where you've got the capital gain and your nationality...

You may be not liable to tax on the gain anywhere...
