re entry permit

Can anyone help,,, I have a valid re entry permit for my non immigrant O visa extension.. I intend to travel on the 2nd Jan 2022,, My O visa date for renew is 1st Feb 2022,
which give me 1 month remaining on my existing visa. What insurance must I get to enter on the Re entry permit..... there seems to be a lot of confusion.

If you're referring to the C19 insurance, my understanding was that it has to be for a minimum of 90 days regardless.
