My first thoughts would be to pray for intervention by the police. That intervention to followed by incarceration and deportation. And a lifetime ban on returning.

I have seen many around Bangkok over the years.
Some try to finance their travels, some the next night's party, some try to sell you a story which shouts "scam". A few have squandered their money, are on visa overstay and ask for a few Baht to buy a meal. Thais are kindhearted people and have helped many of the hardship cases.
Should these begpackers be thrown out and deported? They should not have been let into the country as most don't meet the requirements like onward ticket, min. funds. But immi checks are not enforced.
