Default What's it like teaching in NZ

I'm a UK trained teacher who has professional recognition in Scotland, England and NSW, Australia as I have lived and worked in all three. I am PR in Australia so I am eligible for PR in NZ. From my research I have two options for getting professional recognition via Trans Tasman agreement from NSW although not automatic recognition and my UK qualifications (although they'll need to be checked).

My Oh has been offered a job in Wellington. What is the teaching like?

Finally what are the schools, education like? We would me relocating with three children aged 13, 10 and 8.

Thanks
